Responsibilities
The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving results through a high-performing sales team by planning, organizing, coaching, and developing talent:
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, coaching for performance, consistency, and accountability
- Continue to grow your own leadership capability through feedback, coaching, and ongoing development
- Drive sales within the Building Construction Industry, growing relationships and securing new business
- Partner closely with branch managers and cross-functional teams (customer service, warehouse, showroom) to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience
- Execute a strategic sales plan, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and organizational goals
- Analyze sales and customer data to support well-informed, measured decision-making
- Support negotiations and key accounts with a balanced, solutions-oriented approach that considers both customer and internal stakeholders
- Sales & Leadership - Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and build a culture of consistent performance
- Collaborative Leadership Style - Engages stakeholders, communicates effectively, and aligns before executing
