Neda joined DMC Recruitment from a large international recruitment firm where she also specialized in all things Architecture and Design.Neda is focused in working with her clients and candidates in the Architecture & Design industry working with various search engagements of specific positions throughout North America including; Principal, Director, Senior Architect, Architect, Technologist, Designer, Project Manager and other positions within small to large architecture and engineering design firms within this discipline.Neda grew up in a very large, loud and extremely close family which ultimately contributed to her love for all things people related. After completing her degree in Sociology, Neda began her career in the sales industry. After over a decade of working in a multitude of exciting and differing sectors, she stumbled into the recruiting world, and the rest is history. Here she has been able to combine her love for people, sales and helping others to find the career of their dreams.Neda excels at truly understanding what motivates candidates and clients, which allows her to make that personal connection that is so needed when helping individuals find the right employer, and employers find the right candidates to fit their needs.
