Territory Manager
North-East - USA

Building Materials | Wood Products | Distribution + OEM Development
120-145k base + bonus + Car allowance + Benefits + RRSP

We are currently partnering with a well-established North American player in the wood products space, known for its strong distribution network, product availability, and ability to service customers quickly across multiple regions.

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to bring on a Territory Manager for the North-East USA — a high-impact role blending account management, business development, and strategic channel growth.
The Opportunity This is not a maintenance role.

This is for someone who understands how to build a territory, develop demand, and grow market share — across distribution, OEM, and emerging channels.

You will take ownership of a key region, working closely with leadership to expand presence, strengthen relationships, and unlock new revenue streams.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and growing relationships with distributors, end-users, and key accounts
  • Developing OEM business (mid to large accounts) in collaboration with national leadership
  • Identifying new market opportunities and underdeveloped channels
  • Driving product adoption, training, and engagement in the field
  • Building and executing territory growth strategies based on market intelligence
  • Monitoring sales performance, inventory, and KPIs to drive decision-making
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the market, reporting insights and opportunities to leadership
  • Supporting inventory flow and ensuring alignment between supply and demand
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in building materials, wood products, or adjacent industries
  • Proven ability to develop a territory vs. just maintain accounts
  • Comfortable working across distribution and OEM channels
  • Strong commercial acumen — understands margin, inventory, and sales cycles
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a home office + field-based role
  • Someone who brings energy, structure, and a growth mindset
Why This Role
  • Real opportunity to own and shape a territory
  • Exposure to multiple channels: distribution + OEM + strategic growth
  • Backed by a company with strong infrastructure and product availability
  • A role where performance is visible and directly tied to growth
If you’re someone who thrives in a build-mode environment, enjoys being in the field, and knows how to connect strategy with execution, this is worth a conversation.
