What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established contractor and builder customer base
- Review blueprints and perform material takeoffs for project quotations
- Call on General Contractors, Builders, Estimators, and Project Managers
- Provide technical product and application support
- Identify opportunities early in the project cycle
- Develop new business while strengthening existing relationships
- Travel throughout the territory (60-70%)
- 5+ years of building materials, construction products, or technical sales experience
- Blueprint reading and material takeoff experience is mandatory
- Strong relationship-building and account development skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in understanding the broader business beyond sales
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large territory independently
