Mid-Rise Multifamily & Residential Projects
Langley, British Columbia
$120 - 140K + Bonus
Are you ready to help shape the future of British Columbia’s residential landscape?
We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect to join a progressive and design-driven firm in Langley, BC, leading the way in mid-rise multifamily and residential development. This is more than just a design role — it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on how communities live, grow, and connect.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading Architecture & Design firm with over 40 years of experience across Western Canada. Known for creating thoughtful, sustainable, and people-focused environments, their projects redefine residential living through innovative design and responsible development.
With a growing portfolio of mid-rise and mixed-use communities throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, they are expanding their leadership team with a talented Senior Architect who can help deliver exceptional work and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
This is a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter — and where your leadership will help shape both the studio’s culture and design direction.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Architect, you will lead mid-rise multifamily and residential projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate directly with developers, consultants, and municipal partners to design high-quality, sustainable communities that enhance livability and urban character.
Reporting to the Principal Architect, you’ll play an integral role in mentoring junior staff, maintaining design excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of each project. Will consider Associate and Senior Associate level candidates.
