What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives, manage and support their professional growth and business development activities in the region.
  • Develop and execute territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, dealers, and contractors.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives.
  • Provide insights on regional market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service and brand positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, lunch & learns, dealer events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the building materials, construction, or related industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a track record of success managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
