$90,000 – $110,000 Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are currently partnering with a well-established North American manufacturer of premium exterior building products, recognized for its innovation, strong brand positioning, and continued investment in growth across Canada.
As part of their expansion strategy, they are looking to add a Western Canada Sales Representative to support and grow their presence across Alberta and Western Canada.
This role will focus on developing relationships with builders, contractors, and key distribution partners, while working closely with a major national stocking distributor to drive product awareness, adoption, and market share.
The Opportunity This is a highly visible role where you will act as the bridge between manufacturer, distributor, and end-user, ensuring strong pull-through demand and execution in the field.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with builders, contractors, and installers
- Supporting and collaborating with a large, established distribution partner and their sales teams
- Driving product education, training, and jobsite engagement
- Increasing brand visibility and market share across your territory
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities within residential and light commercial segments
- Acting as a technical and product resource in the market
- Based ideally in Calgary or Edmonton
- Coverage across Alberta and broader Western Canada
- Approximately 50–60% travel
- A true relationship builder with strong field presence
- Comfortable working across contractors, builders, and distribution channels
- Energetic, proactive, and highly visible in the market
- Strong in presentations, training, and influencing at multiple levels
- Able to navigate both strategic partnerships and day-to-day execution
- Background in building materials, exterior products, or construction-related industries
- Experience working with distribution networks and contractor channels
- Proven ability to grow a territory and drive demand
