Transportation Engineer — Hybrid (2 days in-office)
Location: Alberta Rockies Region
Compensation: $90,000 – $108,000 annually + competitive total rewards

What You'll Do
-Lead multi-modal transportation planning and master planning
-Develop policies, guidelines, and implementation strategies
-Manage capital transportation projects from planning to close-out
-Review development plans for compliance; collaborate with stakeholders
-Support long-range planning, policy development, and public engagement
-Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
-Uphold health and safety standards
-Promote active transportation and complete streets principles
What You Bring
- P.Eng. in Alberta; 6+ years in transportation engineering
- Passion for active transportation and complete streets
- Strong project management, design review, and cost estimation
- Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to simplify technical concepts
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Municipal/public-sector experience a plus
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience mentoring or supervising engineers
- Familiarity with stormwater/water modelling and land development software (PCSWMM, WaterCAD, Civil3D)
- Prior municipal sector experience
