Territory Sales Manager - Phoenix, AZ

As the business continues to invest in key markets, they are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to manage established dealer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within a territory that remains strategically important to the organization.

The Opportunity


This sales role oversees Cabinetworks Arizona portfolio of interior products. You will drive sales growth, and strengthen key relationships, by understanding the dealer channel customer and providing a positive customer experience.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute short and long-term business strategy to increase sales, expand brands and increase sales presence in the market.
  • Cultivate consultative relationships with key decision makers and influencers to grow market share and retain and develop existing client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling new dealers
  • Use CRM and forecasting tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and improve results
  • Train and support dealer personnel by educating them on the Cabinetworks Group product and program offerings, including conducting presentations to dealers, design consultants, and business leaders
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to product category growth
  • Proactively manage field warranty and product issues in conjunction with customer service, dealer, and distributor network.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree; or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years' experience of proven success in outside sales, preferably selling cabinetry or equivalent building materials.
  • 20/20 Design software and Salesforce.com experience highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
  • Proven ability to present content and pitch product to dealers and customers
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM Systems.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to travel depending on the assigned territory
