About the Role
We’re seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee service technicians responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations. In this role, you’ll ensure that fueling equipment operates at peak performance, lead a team of skilled technicians, and uphold safety and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
�� Lead & Support Technicians – Mentor and motivate a team of service professionals, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
�� Hands-On Maintenance & Inspections – Conduct quality control assessments and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in fueling stations.
�� Optimize Equipment Performance – Oversee preventive maintenance, identify system improvements, and ensure stations are operating efficiently.
�� Travel & Field Work – Visit fueling stations within your assigned region, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices.
�� Problem-Solving & Innovation – Diagnose technical issues, recommend solutions, and work with leadership to enhance station performance.
What You Bring
✅ Strong background in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, relays, and programmable logic controls.
✅ Hands-on experience with mechanical components such as compressors, pumps, and regulators.
✅ Leadership experience—whether as a supervisor, lead technician, or team mentor.
✅ Familiarity with safety regulations and operational procedures for fueling systems.
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
