This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the floor and in the yard leading a team, coordinating workflow, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of 10-15 employees
• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded, and shipped accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation
• Protect inventory and minimize product damage and waste
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

What We're Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced operation where customer service, speed, and inventory accuracy matter.

Compensation
