As part of its long-term growth and succession planning, the organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who brings a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and craftsmanship to help shape the next phase of its success.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical project management, site coordination, and team mentorship. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of custom stone and solid surface projects from digital site measurements and fabrication planning through to installation and client handover.

You'll work closely with builders, designers, and construction teams to ensure every project is executed with precision and aligned with the company's reputation for excellence. This role also provides the opportunity to mentor junior staff, refine internal processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform digital site measurements and ensure accuracy in templating and fabrication.
  • Review and interpret architectural and shop drawings, identifying and resolving potential issues early.
  • Coordinate with designers, builders, and clients to align on project details and installation requirements.
  • Manage timelines, site readiness, and installation processes for custom residential and commercial projects.
  • Mentor and support project managers, coordinators, and installers to drive performance and craftsmanship.
  • Ensure the highest level of finish quality, including grain continuity, edge treatments, and overall presentation.
  • Contribute to business growth through professional client engagement and relationship management.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in stone, millwork, or high-end construction finishing.
  • Advanced understanding of fabrication, installation, and site coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital templating, CAD interpretation, and construction communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Experience mentoring teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Genuine passion for craftsmanship and pride in delivering exceptional work.
