The Right Fit

The Senior Commercial Property Manager leads day to day property operations, long-term objective oversight, supervises administrative support, and acts as the primary contact for tenants.
This role suits a hands-on leader who balances financial oversight with operational execution. You bring strong budgeting discipline, tenant management experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio. Experience with office and retail is a must.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of retail and commercial properties
  • Lead and support on site administrative teams, set goals, and oversee performance
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and monitor monthly financial performance to achieve NOI targets
  • Analyze financial results, market trends, and long-term capital plans to support asset strategy
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and respond to property management issues
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs, including annual building inspections
  • Manage contractors, including tendering, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with leasing, construction, legal, accounting, and marketing teams to support portfolio objectives
What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of commercial/retail property management experience
  • Strong financial acumen with proven budgeting and expense management experience
  • Hands-on experience with managing outside vendors, contractors, and other partners
  • Demonstrated leadership experience supervising a team
  • Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
