Our Client

Our client is a well-established Canadian manufacturer and distributor of building products, serving contractors, builders, and the A&D community across the residential, commercial, and multi-family markets.

As the company continues to expand and strengthen its presence, they are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive the growth of their building envelope solutions across Ontario.


The Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the manufacturer’s representatives to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key specifiers, building owners, developers, and installers while also working closely with your internal team of inside sales and regional account managers.

You will promote a portfolio of building envelope products by increasing market visibility, converting existing contractors and builders, and uncovering new business opportunities. Success in this role will require strong relationship-building skills and the ability to support multiple manufacturer programs.


The Ideal Candidate

You bring a consultative sales approach and have experience balancing both program-level and transactional selling. You are a problem solver with strong negotiation and deal-structuring abilities.

You have hands-on experience selling building envelope products and possess a well-established network within the contractor, builder, and distributor community—particularly in the GTA, and ideally across Ontario.
