SALES REPRESENTATIVE – CONCRETE RESTORATION SYSTEMS (CRS) - Vancouver - Lower Mainland
Under the responsibility of the Business Development Manager – CRS and Industrial Flooring (Western Canada), the position holder fulfills the responsibilities linked to sales and representation of his territory. Is responsible of the territory growth, sales budget and business management of the designated territory consistent with corporation objectives through special presentations of current and new products on the market.

Is responsible of the territory growth, sales budget and business management of the designated territory consistent with corporation objectives through special presentations of current and new products on the market.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position :
- Is responsible of the territory growth, sales budget and business management of the designated territory consistent with corporation objectives through special presentations of current and new products on the market
- Is responsible for representing the company with various potential customers (distributors, consulting engineers, industrials, architects, installers)
- Is responsible for product training, communications with clients regarding technical matters on concrete restoration products, does complaint resolution and influences buying decisions of the customers
- Is responsible to present a written report to the management on the activities of the territory and provides market intelligence
- Does cold calls activities or market solicitation on a regular basis
- Responsible to provide company with feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas
- Participates in the development of new products with the Product Managers
- Does any other related tasks
Requirements:
- High school degree and experience in sales, customer service in a similar industry and environment or experience in the applying of concrete products
- Good knowledge of our industry and our products
- Good knowledge of quality standards
- Has the ability to do product trainings at a professional level
- Valid driver’s license
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must
- Courtesy and discernment
- Capacity to work under pressure
