Designed and manufactured in North America, our client has redefined high-performance in the commercial windows market. Their fiberglass window frames are Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) certified, Red List Free, and Energy-Star rated, and exceed AAMA 625 performance criteria, making a window that provides lower heating and cooling costs as well as being a longer lasting solution for resilient buildings.
High-performance windows are no longer an ideology and, with building code being increasingly driven by thermal performance, the market is huge for these game-changing products.
The target use of these windows is education facilities, municipal buildings, rehabilitation projects, institutional buildings, libraries, corporate headquarters, towers, as well as high end residential. As well as the environmental benefits, these products can deliver huge long-term cost savings for buildings which is extremely attractive to the owner, developer, and architect.
The role is to join a thriving sales team and initially assist with brining through targeted projects before expanding out to new project acquisition and market penetration. The potential is huge and the successful candidate will already know that.
The candidate that we are seeking will have extensive knowledge of the commercial windows market or commercial building envelope market, already selling into these same channels. The candidate does not need to understand the technical specifications of fiberglass but will likely already know of some of the benefits having been selling competitive solutions, for example, aluminum, or have strong existing relationships with Architects, Building Envelope Consultants, GC's and Developers.
You will be joining a rapidly growing business with a clear point of difference from its competitors. The market is only going to grow as building code becomes increasingly interested in thermal and structural performance. This role provides you the opportunity to open up a market, reap the rewards of being a leader in innovation, and maximize your earning potential. As the company grows it will need people capable of growing with them and, as such, we are seeking a candidate with the potential to move into more senior-level positions with time.
