What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic role that touches multiple areas of the business:
Sales & Client Support
- Support the sales team with quotes, order coordination, and customer communication
- Assist with inside sales activities and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client and project information
Marketing & A&D Engagement
- Coordinate and schedule Lunch & Learn presentations with architectural and design firms
- Build relationships with A&D contacts through professional outreach
- Assist with marketing initiatives and brand visibility
Events & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
- Support event planning, coordination, and follow-up
- Act as a professional and polished brand ambassador in the market
Business Operations
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Coordinate internal documentation and reporting
- Support day-to-day office and operational functions
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong combination of professionalism, organization, and interpersonal confidence.
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, coordination, or business support role
- Polished communication skills and professional presence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with clients and coordinating meetings
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, marketing, or construction/building materials industry
Bonus (not required):
- Exposure to construction, building materials, interior design, or architecture
- Experience with event coordination or client-facing roles
- Background in business, marketing, or a related field
