Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly inventory replenishment and purchasing from assigned vendor partners to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze demand patterns to minimize stock shortages and overages, maintaining a 95%+ fill rate on key product categories.
  • Develop and refine procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and overall supply chain performance.
  • Oversee pricing, contracts, and product codes, continuously evaluating item performance and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support large-scale projects and respond efficiently to procurement requests.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
What You Bring
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with relevant certifications or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage inventory levels and optimize purchasing processes.
  • Negotiation skills and commercial acumen to drive cost savings while ensuring product quality and supply reliability.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
