With over 40 years' industry experience, this Design-Build General Contractor well known to the Alberta market, is seeking a Project Manager to join them to take on newly awarded projects, as well assist procuring new projects.
This GC services the Agriculture, Light Industrial, Commercial, and low-rise Residential sectors.
The ideal PM is strong at developing new leads and establishing client relationships, and has a dedicated presence within the community.
This position is responsible for all aspects of pre-construction throughout project delivery. In addition, the PM works closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Team ensuring fulfilment of the project obligations; on time, on budget, met quality requirements and client satisfaction.
YOU BRING:
Strong financial acumen, planning, and scheduling skills. You demonstrate leadership, and advocate Health & Safety at the forefront.
WE LOOK FOR:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management
Experience:
• Construction Project Management: 5 years minimum - Commercial/ Industrial Construction
License/Certification:
• Drivers License
• Gold Seal Certification preferred
