The Role
Our client is seeking a Project Manager – Architectural Walls to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of construction, project management principles, and a passion for providing outstanding client experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer management, project planning, coordination, implementation, installation management, and ongoing relationship management.

- Work closely with management and the internal design team throughout the construction process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from order acceptance to completion
- Represent business interests on-site, ensuring a seamless installation process and a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate installation quotes and review production information/drawings
- Utilize DIRTT’s ICE® software to maintain project tracking and accuracy
- Verify site measurements and manage project scope effectively
- Organize and submit orders in collaboration with the design team
- Maintain close communication with general contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
- Manage submittals, factory coordination, and punch list scheduling
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, including construction, millwork, power, and networks
- Guarantee installation aligns with quality standards and project specifications
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to client needs
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing projects
- Knowledge of interior construction and project execution
- Familiarity with building codes, product applications, estimating, and technical project aspects
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within a construction environment
- Project Management Certification (PMP) is an asset but not required
