Architectural Interiors Project Manager
 
A well-established company in the contract furniture industry is seeking an experienced Architectural Interiors Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in offices and workplace environments, this company provides a full suite of services, including design, sourcing, and installation, working on both small office refurbishments and large-scale office construction projects.
 
As the Architectural Interiors Project Manager, you will oversee 4-5 projects simultaneously, from initial client engagement to project completion. You’ll take ownership of project schedules, risk assessments, and the overall outcome, ensuring deliverables meet both corporate and project standards. Your role will include developing project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to meet client expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple office design and construction projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, manage budgets, and identify risks
  • Ensure project deliverables meet design intent, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve project challenges
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance
Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management within construction or office environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and building codes
  • Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, and specification software
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in architectural technology, construction management, or a related field
