We’re seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving seamlessly and customers informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate detailing, sourcing, and ordering of materials to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, conduct site visits, and issue timely change orders.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate billing and contract compliance.
- Lead project postmortems to identify wins and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Manage contracts for maximum profitability through value-added solutions and proactive issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, codes, and industry standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Navision, AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam considered an asset.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of project management experience in construction or building materials.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is an asset.
