Salary $170000.00 to $215000.00 based on experience.

What You'll Do: As a Project Director, you'll oversee all aspects of large-scale heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to drive project success while maintaining safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
 
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Project Leadership:
  • Spearhead the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring milestones and schedules are met.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Identify potential conflicts or risks, facilitate proactive solutions, and manage trade and supplier contracts with precision.
  • Deliver comprehensive updates to senior leadership, addressing key risks and opportunities.
Team Development:
  • Build, mentor, and inspire top-performing project teams, empowering them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Partner with recruitment and talent development teams to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and contribute to succession planning.
Safety First:
  • Champion a safety-driven culture, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all teams and project sites.
What You Bring:
  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years in construction and project management, with a proven record in heavy civil and concrete-focused projects.
  • Leadership Expertise: At least 5 years managing diverse project teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving cohesive performance.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept at managing conflict, delivering clear updates, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Network Savvy: Established connections within the construction and trade sectors to drive quality and innovation.
