On behalf of our client, we seek a Production Supervisor to lead a team in the production of high-quality products, ensuring every step aligns with standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive, integrity-focused individual who values continuous growth and collaborative teamwork.

The Production Supervisor will foster a culture of mentorship, continuous improvement, high standards for safety, and will coach team members to achieve their full potential.


Scope of the Role


  • Guide the team to achieve daily production schedules
  • Maintain efficiency and high product standards, including conducting regular inspections and audits
  • Address production issues quickly, through to resolution
  • Collaborate with other teams and management for support and troubleshooting
  • Drive continuous improvement through action and planning, imbedding it into culture of the team
  • Setting clear goals, validating success, and providing constructive feedback to the team
  • Ensure the safety of he team through the enforcement of safety protocols and an overall mindset of safety as a primary focus
  • Incident management - lead root-cause analyses, taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Quality - monitor compliance with product specifications, addressing any quality issues swiftly to prevent non-conforming outputs

Clear communication and transparency are essential in this position. The Production Supervisor will work closely with Management, and keep them informed on production performance, quality outcomes, and safety metrics through regular updates. To maintain continuity, documentation and communication are critical during shift transitions, and to accurately track quality performance data.


Candidate Requirements



  • 3–5 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experienced working with ERP systems
  • Willing to learn from your team and become adaptable to new processes
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
