Outside Sales Representative
Lower Mainland Territory
Building Envelope
85-95K base + Bonus ( 25-30K) + Company car + RRSP + Benefit

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships with buying groups, retailers, and commercial customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers within the territory.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Train dealers on product lines and provide technical guidance to support proper product knowledge and application.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales objectives while continuously identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate customer requirements, assess project needs, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven sales experience within the building materials industry, ideally with exposure to building envelope products (metal roofing, siding, cladding).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Ability to recognize and prioritize opportunities while managing multiple accounts and responsibilities effectively.
  • Strategic and results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of increasing sales and expanding market presence.
  • Highly organized, structured, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, territory-based role.
Compensation and Benefits
