Our client, a leading industrial distributor known for promoting from within, is hiring for a Sales Leadership Development Track designed to prepare the next generation of Account Managers and Sales Leaders.

This structured, hands-on program gives you exposure to every part of the business, including customers, products, operations, and sales strategy. You will learn from experienced leaders, gain real market experience, and build the foundation needed to grow into long-term leadership opportunities within the organization.

What you’ll be working on
  • Learning the business from the ground up through in-market and operational training
  • Supporting customers and building strong relationships
  • Assisting with quotes, orders, and sales support activities
  • Managing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver excellent service
  • Developing the skills needed to transition into an Account Manager role

Who’s a strong fit
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional
  • 0–3 years of sales, customer service, retail, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong sales personality with confidence, drive, and competitiveness
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with business systems and software
  • Positive, coachable attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Bilingual required: French and English (spoken and written)
