We are seeking a passionate and results-driven National Sales Representative to join their team and contribute to the growth of their brand across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
The National Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to grow market share across Canada. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM accross Canada. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide product knowledge and colour solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets will be a core focus of the role, ensuring continuous revenue growth. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics will help you effectively position our offerings.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team. The position requires a flexible work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days on the road, meeting clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, design, or colour solutions industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling to meet clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
