Key Responsibilities:
· Being resourceful to the sales and marketing executives needing help with completing large projects.
· Supporting events; administration and scheduling, booth-organizing, sample ordering and coordinating delivery/return process.
· Collaborate with Industrial sales to create scheduled on-site visits with GCs and Element ICF projects.
· Work closely with sales and marketing executives on the development of retail store product displays, event booth planning, local contractor trade show makeup and product training modules.
· Upkeeping key account (VBA) portals to improve marketing campaigns and monitor active programs within the scope of business with each VBA.
· Assisting with the maintenance of Dealer database for Brands platforms.
· Helping in the development of social media accounts and implementing social media campaigns.
· Completing website updates and writing posts or blogs attached to company and Brands sites.
· Gathering and reviewing marketing data from various channels.
· Assisting with association renewals, advertisement renewals, participation at events and basic literature updates.
· Coordinating with Brands marketing in the generation of marketing products; brochures, banners and other larger projects needed.
· Assist with on-site interviews collecting pictures and customer feedback to create project sheets and other marketing materials.
· Coordinate and inventory marketing materials such as event banners, displays, product samples and displays, customer and site banners, swag, etc.
· Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the products and solutions of the company.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to implement marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Basic proficiency in marketing platforms and database management.
