Annie is an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record of success within the Architecture, Design, and Construction industry. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA.Annie also has 14 years of experience in Vancouver, BC as a Commercial Interior Designer, specializing in Workplace and Financial Institutions. With Annie’s experience and well-developed network of industry professionals in both Commercial and Residential sectors, she not only has the technical design knowledge, hands-on project experience, she also has the deep-rooted connections within the market needed to develop exceptional client and candidate relationships.Annie puts her design expertise and industry network to use on a variety of search engagements in the Architecture and Design industry. She has successfully placed positions within both small and large architecture and design firms, including Junior - Senior Interior Designers and Architects as well as Project Coordinators and Project Manager that have established a strong retention rate with the Clients she has placed with.Annie works personally and professionally with both her clients and candidates, creating long-term relationships with key players in the Architecture & Design industries. She is an active member in the Architecture & Design community and regularly attends industry networking events. As a Member of Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia, Annie is constantly developing her skill set and design knowledge to align with the ever-changing market. ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Client's Marketing Manager, you’ll wear many hats, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the Team: Oversee and inspire our Client's Website and Social Media teams (approx. 5 people), as well as their newsletter production, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful storytelling across all channels.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content plan that positions their brand as a thought leader in the design world, engaging both their professional audience and the wider community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Website Excellence: Collaborate with the Website team to maintain a visually stunning, user-friendly, and resource-packed online presence that resonates with interior designers.
  • Social Media Mastery: Guide the Social Media team in crafting scroll-stopping content that tells our Client's story and builds an engaged following.
  • Newsletter Innovation: Manage our Client's email marketing strategy, crafting newsletters that inspire and inform while driving measurable results.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to ensure our Client is always moving the needle.
WHAT YOU BRING
