Wage Starts at $30.00 per hour based on experience PLUS $3.00 per hour Night Shift premium

We're seeking a talented Maintenance Electrician/Operator to join our team in Calgary. What You’ll Do:
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and related systems.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the health and safety of our facility, manage preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Optimization & Monitoring: Identify areas for operational improvement and monitor the infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, manage contractor coordination, and maintain security protocols.
Working Conditions:
  • Rotational Shifts: Work in a 24/7 mission-critical environment with a rotating schedule (14 days/month).
  • On-Call Availability: Be prepared to respond to critical incidents and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in data centers, facility management, or mission-critical environments. Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including BMS/EPMS and BAS systems.
  • Certifications: Electrical certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician), Mechanical/HVAC certifications, and other relevant credentials are assets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of data center operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
