Your responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, with team support when needed
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers
Sales Coordination & Administrative Support
  • Process orders, quotes, and information requests accurately and efficiently
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
Business Centre Contribution
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
  • Work proactively and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

Ideal candidate profile
  • 2+ years inside or outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computer systems and business software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

Languages
  • French: Required, spoken and written
  • English: Required, spoken and written, due to frequent communication with customers, suppliers, and partners outside Quebec
