What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and assess development and redevelopment opportunities
- Complete feasibility studies, proformas, cash flows, and schedules
- Manage planning and design from concept to occupancy
- Coordinate consultants and internal teams
- Lead municipal engagement and approval processes
- Prepare approval requests and Investment Committee packages
- Support financing, incentives, and partnership structures
- Track budgets, schedules, ROI targets, and monthly reporting
- Liaise with construction, accounting, asset management, and operations
- Represent the company in hearings and community meetings
- Provide support to junior development staff
- Track planning policy changes and emerging programs
- Five to eight years in real estate development
- Strong financial modeling and proforma skills
- Experience with municipal approvals, planning, and design coordination
- Proven ability to lead consultants
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Degree in real estate, planning, engineering, finance, or related field
- Strong leadership support
