Salary: $70,000k+

We’re partnering with a respected architectural practice to find an Intermediate Technologist / Cladding Specialist with a strong technical skillset and deep knowledge of building envelope systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in the details and is passionate about delivering high-quality, constructible drawing sets for large-scale and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce precise and technically accurate cladding and envelope drawings using Revit
• Collaborate closely with architects and senior technologists to translate design intent into detailed cladding assemblies and façade systems
• Assist in resolving complex technical issues related to the building envelope
• Participate in the review of submittals and shop drawings specific to cladding elements
• Contribute to project documentation with a focus on constructability and code compliance

What You Bring:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in architectural or envelope design
• Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools is an asset
• Solid understanding of cladding systems, façade detailing, and envelope assemblies for commercial and large-scale buildings
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in solving technical challenges
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high quality technical drawings
