She has overseen the build process from concept to completion and has had the privilege of being involved through the eyes of the client along the way.Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan and spent 4 years in Saskatoon while completing her degree. Her time spent there has given her a broader understanding of the industry across the Prairies. Qualifications:
- Holds a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Architectural Technology focused on Residential design from a recognized institute.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to work independently with minimal support.
- Familiarity with Revit is a bonus
Skills & Abilities:
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects at various construction stages to optimize design efficiency.
- Responsible for managing and updating the model library to align with current design criteria.
- Able to produce complete and accurate working drawings, including plot plans, in a timely manner.
- Acts as a technical resource for design and construction-related queries.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating the model library, including base plans, details, and options.
- Generating new stock model plans in AutoCAD as directed.
- Developing plans and elevations that comply with architectural control requirements.
- Reviewing and finalizing design concepts within specified timelines.
- Handling the Architectural Approval process and communicating revisions with developer partners.
- Coordinating Engineering & Layout requests for Building Permit submission.
- Completing Building Permit and Development Permit applications, including follow-up until full Permits are obtained (travel may be required; a valid driver's license is necessary).
