As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's sales efforts and contributing to business growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. By providing exceptional service and a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, you will drive business success in an exciting and competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service and tailored solutions that ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage quotes, process orders, and follow up post-sale
  • Provide valuable product and service information to prospective and existing customers
  • Initiate outbound calls to develop opportunities, identify decision-makers, and address customer service needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing
  • Work closely with the external sales team to actively grow market share
  • Support inventory management based on customer demand and industry trends
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the sales team

Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and evolve
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software
  • High ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • (Preferred) Previous experience in the plastics, industrial distribution, or similar sector
  • (Preferred) 1+ years of commercial sales experience
