DMC Recruitment Group is working with an industry leading industrial distribution business who is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Laval, QC region. Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintain existing client relationships and fostering new connections, while supporting their Outside Sales team within the Montreal/Laval branch. We are searching for an individual that is open to learn, someone who has the ability to multitask, has a knack for providing outstanding customer service, and with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include;
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer emails
- Accurate order entry
- Coordinating with other departments such as purchasing and operations to provide high levels of customer service, product recommendations, quoting customers on products.
- Providing sales and customer support to the Outside Sales team to maintain and grow sales within the branch.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous inside sales or customer service experience, ideally within a distribution or wholesale type of business. Industrial supply or wholesale distribution experience would be viewed as an asset. This candidate must be bilingual in both official languages (French and English) to be considered for the position.
