Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is self-driven and eager to establish themselves in the Building Materials Industry. The ideal candidate will be approachable, meticulous, and possess a keen focus on tasks demanding skill and attention to detail.

The successful candidate demonstrates a meticulous and disciplined approach to their work, prioritizing risk mitigation through adherence to established protocols. As a salesperson, they are conscientious and thorough, providing accurate information and tailoring plans based on prospect needs.

They excel in supporting clients and building relationships, possessing understanding of drawings, plans, takeoffs, and basic estimating principles. Additionally, they are adept at addressing technical requirements and enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Understands the importance of keeping accurate details, organized, and enjoys following procedures.
  • Thrives in familiar environments and with familiar coworkers, ensuring consistent productivity.
  • Cooperative, easy-going, and agreeable in team environments, avoiding confrontation or disruption.
  • Understanding of the General Construction process; Decks, Fences, and other building products
  • Must have a background in Estimating and Take Offs for Building Materials
  • General Understanding of Drawings
  • Loves Building long lasting relationships and provides top notch service
Education
  • Architectural Technology or Construction Management Education considered an asset
  • Estimating Courses or Certification considered an asset
  • Past Construction Experience considered an asset
