Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their busy Pro Desk Team. The ideal candidate is self-driven and eager to further their skills in the Building Materials Industry and work on busy order desk.
This full-time permanent position offers base salary $58K to $65K + benefits, and excellent training provided.

Requirements:
- Proven ability to connect with customers in person or on the phone
- Practical knowledge of building materials or some experience in building construction preferred but not necessary
- Excellent people skills with commitment to a high level of customer service
- Eagerness to learn products relevant to customers needs
- Work collaboratively with a team
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers to earn repeat business
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in inside sales, order desk or customer service
- Some building materials experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with computers.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere.
- Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to continually develop professional skills and knowledge base.
