HR Generalist Coordinator

Our client, known for its excellent reputation in the construction industry, is seeking an autonomous, strategic, and motivated HR Generalist Coordinator. The ideal candidate is proactive, a true "go-getter," and eager to contribute to various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen employee engagement
  • Workforce and succession planning
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Ensure compliance and maintain HR records
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role
  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • Experience with unions is an asset
