Hope, BC - Remote Projects
Annual Base Salary $160000 to $190000 Depending on Experience
 
Are you a seasoned leader in heavy civil construction with extensive experience managing large-scale concrete projects in remote locations?
Do you thrive in challenging environments where weather extremes test your skills and adaptability?

What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead the daily operations of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring efficiency and quality
✅ Oversee extensive concrete work, from foundations to large-scale structural elements
✅ Strategically plan equipment, trades, and workforce allocation to meet project demands
✅ Coordinate with site and head office to ensure seamless administrative and operational execution
✅ Manage remote site projects, adapting to weather extremes and logistical challenges
✅ Lead site meetings, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track
✅ Schedule and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for optimal workflow
✅ Enforce strict safety and environmental compliance in challenging site conditions
✅ Support workforce planning, labour hour approvals, and training initiatives
✅ Mentor and develop on-site teams, fostering a strong culture of safety and performance
 
What You Bring: �� Proven experience leading heavy civil construction projects in remote environments
�� Expertise in extensive concrete work, from planning to execution
�� Strong ability to coordinate field operations with project management and stakeholders
�� A track record of problem-solving in harsh weather conditions and rugged terrains
�� Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance
�� Leadership skills to train, mentor, and motivate crews
