Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans that support growth and profitability objectives.
- Partner with ownership to establish long-term business goals and operational priorities.
- Build and maintain a culture focused on performance, accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 employees across multiple business functions.
- Assume full responsibility for company-wide profit and loss performance.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and key business metrics.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and banking partners.
- Ensure appropriate financial controls, reporting, and risk management practices are in place.
- Lead sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and pricing strategies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and drive sales performance.

- 5-10+ years of progressive leadership experience within residential homebuilding, real estate development, construction, or a related industry.
- Proven experience leading residential construction operations, including both single-family and multi-family projects.
- Demonstrated success managing business operations, financial performance, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, development, project management, and customer experience.
- Experience overseeing sales, marketing, accounting, finance, and operational functions.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and overall P&L performance.
- Experience working with lenders, financial institutions, and banking relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate Development, Finance, or a related discipline required.
- MBA or Master's Degree considered a strong asset.
