Key Responsibilities
Reporting, Forecasting & Insights
- Own the monthly close process with strong intercompany discipline
- Deliver management reporting with KPIs, margin analysis, and cash flow outlook
- Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and rolling 13-week cash forecasts
- Turn operational data into actionable financial insights
- Lead liquidity planning and multi-entity cash management
- Oversee AR strategy, collections, and weekly aging reviews
- Ensure strong internal controls across vendor approvals, payments, deposits, and refunds
- Advise leadership on cash utilization and major expenditures
- Design and oversee progress billing, milestones, and change orders
- Ensure consistent, auditable billing across locations
- Maintain job costing structures and performance tracking
- Oversee filings, remittances, payroll inputs, and intercompany reconciliations
- Support year-end processes, audits, and risk/insurance administration
- Provide day-to-day financial leadership and stability across the organization
- Mentor junior staff and build scalable processes, SOPs, and coverage
- Act as the escalation point for finance and administrative matters
- High visibility and direct impact on business decisions
- A balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution

- CPA with 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong multi-entity accounting, project-based costing, and QBO proficiency
- Excellent internal controls discipline and process improvement mindset
- Clear communicator who can translate financial data into business insights
- Able to collaborate across locations and with HR/payroll
Compensation & Benefits:
