Field Project Manager
Location: Greater Toronto Area
Salary: $75,000k - $105,000k + bonus

Our client, a well-established and growing organization within the commercial interiors and workplace solutions industry, is seeking a Field Project Manager to join their team in the GTA.

This role has become increasingly critical as clients continue to demand stronger onsite project leadership and coordination across complex commercial projects. The successful candidate will act as the boots-on-the-ground lead, ensuring installations and field operations run smoothly from start to finish.
The role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being onsite, and has strong experience coordinating trades, deliveries, installers, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onsite project execution across multiple commercial installation projects
• Attend site and foreman meetings with trades, consultants, and general contractors
• Manage installation sequencing, site logistics, and delivery coordination
• Troubleshoot field-related issues in real time to maintain project timelines
• Act as the liaison between field teams, installers, and internal project management staff
• Support overall site readiness, safety compliance, and project flow
• Work closely with office-based Project Managers responsible for client communication and administrative coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in field project management, construction coordination, commercial furniture, interiors, or related industries
• Strong understanding of onsite construction processes and trade coordination
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects and navigating changing site conditions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal PM and operations teams
• Comfortable travelling regularly to project sites across the GTA
