About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling stations. In this role, you’ll lead a team of skilled service technicians, ensuring that fueling sites operate at peak efficiency, comply with safety standards, and continue driving the transition to cleaner energy.
What You’ll Do
�� Lead & Support CNG Technicians – Guide and mentor service teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance.
�� Ensure CNG Station Reliability – Conduct inspections, troubleshoot fueling system issues, and optimize station performance.
�� Maintain & Repair Equipment – Work hands-on with compressors, gas dryers, pressure regulators, dispensers, and other critical CNG components.
�� Oversee Preventive Maintenance – Assign, monitor, and improve maintenance routines to maximize uptime and station efficiency.
�� Enhance Safety & Compliance – Ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards for CNG fueling systems.
�� Travel & Field Work – Visit and oversee multiple fueling locations within your assigned region.
What You Bring
✅ CNG Equipment Expertise – Strong knowledge of natural gas fueling systems, including compressors, storage, and dispensing units.
✅ Electrical & Mechanical Skills – Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical components specific to CNG stations.
✅ Leadership Experience – Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or leading a team of technicians.
✅ Safety & Regulatory Knowledge – Familiarity with industry regulations, CUPA compliance, and best practices for CNG station operations.
✅ Valid Driver’s License – Ability to travel as needed to multiple station locations.
