Compensation: $145,000–$165,000 base salary + performance bonus, vehicle allowance, benefits, and vacation
Location: Greater Vancouver (in-office with regular branch travel)
Reports to: President
Direct Reports: Branch Operations Leaders, Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities Business & Branch Support
- Lead monthly branch financial reviews and performance discussions
- Oversee monthly safety meetings, JHSC programs, and compliance initiatives
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting in partnership with leadership
- Conduct semi-annual performance reviews for operational leaders
- Support recruiting, hiring, performance management, and terminations as needed
- Oversee building, fleet, and equipment asset management
- Prepare and present regular operational reporting to the leadership team
- Establish, track, and manage operational KPIs across branches
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with branch leaders
- Provide day-to-day operational support to branches as issues arise
- Lead employee training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Execute tactical operational projects and process improvements
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits
- Participate in monthly leadership team meetings
- Maintain bi-weekly one-on-ones with the President
- Support annual planning, goal setting, and performance reviews
- Lead CAPEX planning and execution
- Participate in annual strategy off-sites and long-term operational planning
- Senior operations leadership experience within distribution, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries
- Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and supply chain functions
- Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing branch P&Ls, budgets, and KPIs
- Hands-on leader comfortable operating in fast-paced, under-structured environments
- Experience driving operational discipline, process improvement, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training in Operational Excellence strongly preferred
- Strong people leader with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Pragmatic, calm, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
