Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals, feasibility studies, and financial analyses.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and legal agreements.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Support the project team in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project design, planning, and strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, architecture, business, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Understanding of the real estate development process, including zoning regulations, entitlements, and construction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market and local regulations is an asset.
