What You'll Do
As a Credit Analyst, you'll be at the center of balancing financial risk with strong customer relationships. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues across departments to:
- Manage customer credit through daily risk analysis and control.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers while supporting company goals.
- Drive positive cash flow by achieving collection targets and managing receivables.
- Safeguard company assets by minimizing bad debts while enabling sales growth.
- Review and approve credit limits and payment terms.
- Continuously improve negotiation and collection techniques to optimize results.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams to support healthy communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate customer files, reconcile accounts, and resolve issues quickly.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or risk management.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Post-secondary education in Credit, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is an asset.
