This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the pre-construction phase, enjoys preparing accurate budgets, and has a keen eye for detail on large-scale residential projects. You’ll be responsible for estimating multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring budgets stay on track throughout the design process.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of estimating experience, particularly with concrete multi-family projects exceeding $100M.
