As Concrete Superintendent, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing field operations for concrete construction projects. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, values safety and quality, and takes pride in delivering projects successfully from the ground up.

You will work closely with project managers, crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily concrete construction operations on site
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction issues
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support scheduling, workforce planning, and project reporting
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all job sites
• Mentor and support field personnel to drive team performance and accountability

• Experience leading concrete or civil construction projects in a superintendent capacity
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and site operations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
