About the Role
We are seeking a driven Eastern Sales Representative to expand market presence in Ontario and Eastern Canada for a leading manufacturer of high-performance glazing systems. This role will focus on both new construction and retrofit markets, targeting developers, architects, building envelope consultants, and glazing contractors.
This is a strategic sales role that requires an experienced industry professional with deep knowledge of commercial window systems, glazing solutions, and energy-efficient building materials. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationships within the window wall, curtain wall, and high-performance glazing markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively engage with architects, developers, and building consultants to drive new project opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with key industry stakeholders, including glazing contractors, general contractors, and property managers.
- Technical Sales: Present high-performance window solutions, demonstrating the energy efficiency, cost savings, and long-term value of fiberglass over aluminum systems.
- Market Expansion: Develop sales strategies for Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, with potential U.S. engagement.
- Project Management Support: Work closely with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in commercial glazing, window wall, curtain wall, or building envelope solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of high-performance building codes and energy-efficient construction methods.
- Existing Network: Well-connected with key decision-makers in the commercial construction and glazing industry.
- Sales Mindset: A strategic and consultative sales approach, capable of influencing technical and procurement stakeholders.
